A block of room at the Whitehall hotel has been reserved. The hotel is a short 5 minutes walk from the conference venue.

The rate is the same of a room with a single king-sized bed or two queen-sized bed. The room-type can be specified at the time of booking.
The conference rate is available for the days of the conference (09/15/19-09/17/19) and, based on availability, for three days before/after the conference.
The conference rate is available for bookings made before 08/14/2019. After that date, bookings will be at the market rate.
Note that cancellation charges will be incurred if the cancellation is made within 24hours of the scheduled arrival date.
